PROJECTS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED TO WDRC:
- Subject to the Planning Director’s Discretion:
- All new buildings or adaptive reuse projects within the Wynwood NRD-1 boundaries
- All façade modifications within the boundaries
- All new signage (except painted wall signs) within the boundaries
